Geocache Description:

Another great park that is very busy days and evenings. The cache is a quick drive up so park near by to block you moves from those over in the play area. In 1955 the levee broke .5 miles from this location. The Park is named after two first responders that died helping others, Officers Blackburn and Talley.

This park can be a hangout for local teens so use caution and do not be too obvious. This is one of Yuba City's largest parks at nearly 13 acres. Park amenites include: picnic tables, shelter, playground equipment, open play area, benches, restrooms, backstops, basketball courts, and beautiful softball fields.
