This playground is close to where we live. Both this cache &
the multi-cache mentioned below, are designed to assist the
youngest cachers, to enjoy the day/outing. The facilities here
include ample picnic tables, many under shade, gas BBQ’s, clean
toilets, off street parking, and a great playground, which also
includes a swing for the disabled, & another which will take a
wheelchair.
The cache container is a 2 litre cylinder, with a screw top lid.
The original contents were VARIED in Size, Type & Value(25cents
to $12), to accommodate honest swapping at any level/value -($26
worth in total)
Sadly due to lack of integrity (?selfishness) within 12 weeks the
swaps when checked had deteriorated to a few small bits &
pieces. Also the foliage around the area of the cache had been
completely destroyed by visitors (?cachers), and hence the cache
now lies some meters away from its original location
Original contents were: Strobe Bicycle light, Tape measure,
Stiltzen Wrench, New Bandage, Playdough, Coloured pencils, Pkt
Crayons, New 2005 Diary, 2 Sheets of stickers, Geocaching
Temp-Tattoo, Several Plastic/Rubber critters.
The cache which is almost 2 litres in size, had the contents
replaced/refilled, & now lies in its new home. If needed the
clue should make it very easy to find
ALSO!> -For those parents
who have to wait while the kids play, after having completed this
cache, we have also set up a Multi-Cache (GCM2OY:
Playground #1B) which starts
here also. All clues are found here in the immediate playground,
& it then ends with a very nearby “park-n-grab”. This way all
are kept busy, hopefully happy, & us parents whose kids are too
young to have the patience needed for multi-caches, can enjoy doing
one for a change!
Have Fun! & Happy Caching.
Regards; Team Chookies.
