Due to recent Geocaching.com changes in the results obtained by the usual method for determining Ground Zero, please apply the following offsets: N-0.007 and W+0.066 and with the offsets applied, you can confirm your answer with Certitude. There is no change to the original final location. These offsets permit the seeker to use the previous method and obtain the correct result.
