Geocache Description:

Jeo got run over by a ranger,
looking for a cache on Christmas eve.
You can say there’s no such thing as muggles,
but as for me and Angel we believe.

He’d been following the arrow,
but he just ran out of luck.
He forgot to mark a waypoint,
so he never found his way back to the truck.

When we found him Christmas morning,
at the scene of his last find,
he had trade items all around him,
and his kilt was torn exposing his behind.

We’re all so proud of Cinde,
she’s been on the ‘net all day.
She’s learning Pocket Queries,
Spinning, Plucking and syncing her PDA.

We found his notes and logged his finds,
the travel bugs have been swapped.
Now we just can’t help but wonder:
Should we archive all his caches,
or hand them out for others to adopt?

The Other Shoe, Rodent Rock Cafe,
and more Phobias than I could name.
My favorite is Projections,
which drives most people quite insane.

So watch out for those muggles,
they seem to be everywhere.
Don’t let them find our treasures,
or I’ll kick you in the derrière.

We will be gathering on Saturday, December 11th at 7:00PM at the Park-n-Ride lot on the northwest corner of Sunset Blvd and Pebble Creek Drive in Rocklin. We will have some RV’s and pop-up canopies for shelter. Please bring you own chair.

Please note this is not a dinner event. For those who like to bake, we ask that you bring cookies or cupcakes to share. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be provided.

Everyone must bring a small, wrapped gift (less than $5 value) which will be given to someone else as part of a game we will be playing.

For the little ones, Santa Claus will stop by to hand out gifts. (Parents, please bring a gift with your child’s name on it.)

We will visit for a while, then go for a one mile walk through Rocklin’s “Street of Lights”. It will be a cold evening so please dress appropriately.

This event is canine-friendly so bring your dogs and puppies!

There will be a large number of 2005 Geocaching calendars available at a reduced price for those that wish to buy one.
