Esplanade Park is probably one of the best known sights in Helsinki city center. It is especially nice (and busy) in summer, but it is still worth a visit all year round. The cache has been hidden nearby an old restaurant "Kappeli". From there you have a good view to the Market Square and Helsinki Harbour. This cache is accessible in winter and to wheelchair users, too.
Watch out for geomuggles and please check that the cache stays securely in its hide before you leave the place. The cache shouldn't be visible from any direction. I should also mention that this cache can't always be found in summer (at least during day-time). Other seasons shouldn't be a problem.
