A lovely spot to rest, for some for a long time. Some walkways, but to get to the cache you'll need to move a little bit into the woods, and use your eyes, since the reception is spotty when you get near.
Cache is in the semper virens environment, in many ways. After placing it, the phrase "Beyond the Beyond" came to mind. As FDR said, only these folks have seen the end of war. Placed this cache here because my Bluegrass aficionado son really appreciates history.
Shouldn't be too hard to find, although you will lose signal in the Redwoods. Use hints if necessary. I'll post a picture or two eventually.
Cache named for Bluegrass Bob travel bug. Celebrates my banjo (and flute) playing son, who loves Bluegrass, as do I. Help the Bug on its way!
Container is a metal tube, about 6" long and 1.5" in diameter. Hide is reasonably obvious, tried to cover it up a bit.
