This is a simple multi-cache located in Richmond. It is a NANO cache so be sure to bring a pencil or pen. The NANO replaces the original muggles container and is located about a metre from the original hiding place.
Therefore, the second clue has been changed.
The first stage of the cache pays tribute to a very humble and respected New Zealand Prime Minister, Ambassador and favourite son of the Tasman District. The second stage pays tribute to the local men and women who have served their nation in time of war.

The final cache site is located at: S 41° 20.CDB and E 173° 10.BBA
The individual died in 19AB.
The number of letters in his (nickname) X 2 will give you C.
The number of words in "speech marks" -1 will give you D.
