Urbana High School Cache Traditional Cache

wandering_idiot: Well I went to check on this one and found the cache about 20 feet from where it was supposed to be, opened, and burned!

The bridge it was under had been destroyed (on purpose or otherwise) and a new bridge built 10 feet down stream.

This is the second time it has been destroyed so I think I'm going to archive it. Thanks for everyone who visited and sorry for any lost TB's.

I will be looking into this matter with the assistant principle to try and find who did this.

Geocache Description:

This is a clear plastic container located on the property of Urbana High School (I got permission, so its ok) There is a very large hill you must walk down and then back up so beware!

The easiest way to approach this one is to park by the softball field by the gym at N39 19.510' W077 20.273'

This trail was built by my brother (former student) for the science department to use when doing stream studies. Since then it has become a great place for an outdoor classroom with the addition of nice benches where you can take a rest before hitting the big hill back to the car!

The best time to attempt this cache would probably be anytime when school is not in session, although you could go while the kids are in school.
