Geocache Description:

Cache has been moved to a new location. This cache can be found within State owned land managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation (formerly Metropolitan District Commission) located on Haskell Street in Westborough. These trails were a favorite of mine as a kid. My friend's father would take us on hikes on these trails and "miraculously" pull fully wrapped bubble gum out of the branches of the "bubble gum" tree (hence the name of the cache). If you're taking kids feel free to find a tree along the way and continue the tradition. Access to the trail head is excellent. Parking can be found at the town owned recreation area at N 42 17.666 W 71 35.946. Look for a bright yellow gate immediately across the street. Follow the esker trail to the end. Note: Most of the trail traverses through a conifer forest so getting GPS readings can be very difficult; however, as you get near the cache the trees thin out a bit and you should be able to get a good reading. The trail is getting overgrown. You will need to cross over a number of fallen trees. Cache is within a green utility box located off the trail. Also, beware of the men in orange.
