This is a micro cache within feet of one of Merced's main roads.
Power Me Up!
This micro cache is located along one of Merced’s main thoroughfares, next to the County Office of Education. Traffic on the street is fairly heavy and the office often has muggles wandering around Monday through Friday, but with some skill and luck you should be able to retrieve this cache undetected! The cache is in a magnetic key box, (this should be a major hint!) and contains nothing but a log sheet. (Please replace the container as you hopefully found it, sheltered a bit from the elements). FTF gets the honor and glory, but nothing else ? Please bring your own pen.
PS: I took three sets of coordinates with two different GPS units (Magellan Meridian Gold and Garmin ETrex) and list the average coordinates here. The range of readings was between:
37 – 17 - 828 to 833
120 – 29 - 262 to 266.
