This cache has been archived.

Team_Diesel: As much as it pains us to archive a cache this one has now been muggled three times.

We will be placing a new cache near here in an undiscovered park soon.

Stay tuned.

Geocache Description:

This is Team_Diesel's sixth cache and our first attempt at a multi stage cache.

Following on from The Edge Of Suburbia this cache is located in an area described by some as the rural edge of Melbourne. Officer is the first country town you come to following the Monash Freeway south east from the CBD. Officer is also poised to become the next major growth suburb in the ever spreading urban sprawl. But for now it is the edge of country.

Waypoint one and two are separated by four lanes of highway traffic and you would be well advised not to try crossing between each waypoint.

At S 38° 03.768, E 145° 25.254 you will find a wooden electricity pole. On this pole is a yellow number plate with 5 digits: A B C D E

At S 38° 03.776, E 145° 25.129 you will find a concrete electricity pole. On this pole is a yellow number plate with 5 digits: F G H I J

The final coordinates for the cache are:
38°(H x A)(C+D).(F+J)(I-G)(I+F), E 145°(D+A)(B-E).(D-F)(F+J)(B-A)

The cache is a 1 litre lunch box and, as always, please return it as you found it.

The initial contents of the cache follow a farm animal theme and future swaps should also.

Initial contents: Log book, pen, three horses, a donkey, an cow, a pig and a sheep.
