Geocache Description:

This cache will refresh or maybe introduce some basic compass and pacing skills. A decent folding compass with sight is probably the best tool here and the ability to pace off distance. If you are going to use your GPS for direction, remember that all bearings are MAGNETIC north, not true north. Kid and dog (on leash) friendly. Actual walking distance is about 30 minutes return.

Cache is in a 6" X 10" round plastic jar, currently in winter camo of a white plastic bag. Original cache contents include glowsticks, pencils and pens, galaxy slime, camo scarves, whistles, carabiners, various toys and Conservation Officer shoulder flash.
