                    Camp N’ Cache 3 Island Style

OK, ok I give. Yes it is time to prepare for this years camp and cache on Memorial Day weekend. If you have not made you reservations already you need to get your spot saved, so get your RESERVATIONS A.S.A.P.. Make your reservations for the Trailside campground and make sure to tell them you are with the geocaching group so they will put us together. I have supplied you with links to the area and reservation info.

Saturday Activities

9:00 a.m. - Breakfast will be served by the Cache & Camp Hosts. Just bring yourselves, we will take care of the rest. If you plan on attending & have not let us know please make a note so we know how many to plan for.

10:00 a.m. - Leave for ATV ride

6:00 p.m.- We will be getting together for some HOBO Stew. Each person attending should bring a 10 - 16 ounce can of stew fixin's -- e.g. carrots, peas, corn, cooked potatoes, tomatoes, etc.

Some rules are in order:
Don't bring spicy foods that may not appeal to others.
Don't bring fish.
Be creative so we don't all bring the same thing.
You can bring cans of stew if you wish.
Don't bring raw meat or vegetables that take a long time to cook.

In addition to the can of food for the stew, please also bring 1 side dish, bread or a dessert per family.
We will supply bowls, plates, & utensils.

8:00 - Geogeek forum. Come show off your paperless Caching system.

Gps Tri-cycle relay
Scavenger hunt for the kids (to earn IGO bucks)

6:00 p.m. Potluck dinner, Please bring 1 dish per family.

There will be a kids auction after dinner, followed by the main auction. Any donations you want to make are appreciated!!

Just a note, if you are camping bring firewood. Also if you are bringing children, there are a lot of places to ride bikes!

Please let us know if you plan on attending & campsite # if you know what it is yet.
