The above posted coordinates for this cache will take you to the entrance for Playground 2000 parking area, but not to, the actual location. This is a micro, log-only cache located along the bike path. The cache is not on private property.
I placed this one with wheelchair access in mind. It is accessible to wheel chaired persons except in snow, as the path does not get plowed. The cache container is a bit smaller than a 35 mm film canister and does not contain anything to sign the log with. Please bring your own pen or pencil.
You must figure out what the following encryption means to get the coordinates.

The actual hiding location is about 100 feet from the encrypted coordinates.
The park has picnic tables, and a public pool and restrooms that are open seasonally. The total bike path is about 1 mile long, with the Playground 2000 park near the halfway mark.
