This is a seven-part multi-cache designed to be accessible in nearly any weather.
The first six stages of the cache are posted coordinates (waypoints) leading to a seventh, which is a microcache in a small (2.5" X 1.4" X 0.5") metal container. The cache is too small for most Travel Bugs, but just large enough for micro items.
The hunt will require a car (although it could conceivably be done by a determined bicyclist), and all parts are accessible at all times, the most suitable hours being between 6 AM and 1 PM. The expected time from the first waypoint to the finish is between one and two hours, but the stages can also be found on different days, and you may well wish to settle awhile at some of the waypoints.
The inaugural contents of the cache are a logbook, a small pencil, and a $2 bill as a first-to-find prize; microcache pencils do tend to disappear, so there's also a blue pen hanging on a fence, nearby.
The two motivations for this multi-cache were the relative paucity of all-weather caches in the area and the desire to honor some local landmarks with a geocache. Please note that despite the name, this is neither a Mystery Cache nor in an Alley.

UPDATE (3/17/05): Minor corrections were made to some of the waypoint coordinates as the result of suggestions in the logs. Everything should now be copacetic.
UPDATE (2/05/06): Some of the waypoint markers tend to fade, but there should be a legible version behind each one. So don't give up until you look behind the first marker you see!
