En Montserrat la montaña mágica que un día surgió del mar, y a 1000 m. de h. se encuentra la Ermita de Sant Joan. En el siglo pasado vivió su máximo esplendor, peregrinos y visitantes llegaban hasta ella, con sus votos y peticiones.
Hoy interiormente en ruinas, mantiene su aspecto externo, su ubicación lejos de la actividad frenética y turística de la Abadía, nos permite disfrutar serena y plácidamente de su silencio e incomparables vistas.
Rebasada ésta, el lugar del cache, ubicado al pié y a la sombra de la madre naturaleza, proporciona a los recorran su periferia magnificas vistas.
El cache es un contenedor de tapa verde, de 25x16 x10. Lo hemos creado con la ilusión de que sea del agrado de sus buscadores, y dejamos el TB Asterix & Co, from Hispania, con el fin de que entre todos le ayudemos a cumplir su misión.
Nota: la subida a la Ermita, para los que no deseen hacer toda la excursión a pié, pueden hacerla mediante el funicular que se toma en la Abadía, la bajada es un magnifico paseo que merece la pena hacerlo a pié, o nuevamente en funicular.

On Montserrat, the magic mountain that once emerged from the sea, at 1000m of altitude there's the chappel of Sant Joan. At it's peak on the past century, pilgrims and visitors visited it with their prayers and requests.
Today, although the interior lays in ruins, it still keeps it external appearance. It's location, far from the hectic touristic activity of the Abbey, it allows us to enjoy and relax in it's silence and unmatched look outs.
Right past it, the place of the cache, at the feet and shade of mother nature, offers the best sights.
The cache is a plastic container with a green lid, 25x16x10 in dimensions. We have made it in the hopes that you like it, and we dropped the TB Asterix&Co. from Hispania, so that we can all help him fulfill his mission.
Note: to get to the Chappel, if you do not want to hike all the way up, you can do it using the "Funicular" from the abbey. the way down is a relaxed stroll, worth doing on foot, although the Funicular is again available.
