Many moons ago, Marky & Joani created a puzzle cache which
involved caches they hadn't yet visited (GCE441
Some caches we haven't seen). Of course, they probably wanted
to create a cache using caches they have visited, but now that
they've passed 4000 Finds, they still haven't gotten around to
doing it. So, I guess it's up to me. Here are some caches that I
have seen:

I have set the difficulty at 5 because it may be useful to visit
some of the cache sites in order to determine the final
coordinates. GCD149 is a restricted (member's only) cache; so if
you are having trouble only with that one, let me know, and I will
save you from having to go there. Thanks to Beckerbuns for finding
the M&J cache that I wanted to include here. This cache will
probably be more difficult for the owners of these caches. Thanks
to fizzymagic for discovering some errors in the initial cache
listing.
