Inokashira Koen in Kijichijoji.
This is a very popular park... always many people.
This might be a night time only cache.
There is a little bit of tree cover, but your GPS should be able to get you close (my Garmin eTrek Vista color had an average acuracy of 15 feet).
Inokashira-koen is probably my favorite park in Tokyo.
I visit here at least once a week during the week (NOT on weekends, tooooo many people).
I buy a loaf of bread at the 99 yen store in Kichijoji, then I like to feed the colorful koi and the big, black crows. The crows are VERY smart! No... they will not attack you if do not show any fear.
I like to relax at the "Starbucks" and watch many people bring their dogs.
Please be careful when finding this cache. Someone tried to hide one in this park a few years ago, but it was quickly cleaned up.
I have found a better hiding spot.
The cache box is a locking top plastic container from a 100 yen store. It IS camouflaged to hide in it's location. Please be sure to cover it again when returning it to it's hiding place.
