The “Magic City Express” is a two-fifths scale train, located at the North end of a park in Minot. The train travels a mile-long track adjacent to the Roosevelt Park Zoo. The train runs during the summer months and normally only on the weekends. Call the Railroad Museum for operating hours at 701 852-7091. Don’t forget to bring your skateboard and swimsuit for the nearby skateboard park and swimming pool. Remember this is North Dakota; the swimming pool is open only in the summer months. This micro cache is located near this attraction. "Edited 4 March 2012. The train and pool were damaged severely from the flood and are not in operation at this time. I have enabled the cache on 4 March 2012."
