Tiptoe Falls was flowing very nicely on the day I placed the cache. Pescadero Creek was also flowing pretty well. The trail I took crosses Pescadero Creek, or rather the trail stops at the creek and picks up on the other side. A few months from now this will not be a problem, but there was no place to cross near the trail that wouldn't result in my getting seriously wet shoes and legs. My solution was to head upstream for a high log that crossed from bank to bank. I'm not recommending that plan for anyone else, but I did keep my feet dry. The Iverson Trail provides another route to the cache.
