This cache is a Mother's Day gift to my wife. It honors both her role as a mother, and memorializes her own mother. The name of this cache was my wife's mom's favorite flower, as well as my wife's and daughter's favorite flower. When my wife was five years old, a drunk driver came around a bend and struck head-on a car driven by my wife's mom. The drunk driver walked away, my wife's mom did not. The first stage is her final resting spot. For those who think driving drunk is a victimless crime, here is evidence that it is not. You can see she did not live that long on the earth. She died and left two daughters, 5 and 2. My wife's love for her mother was the one thing that really made me fall in love with her. Our daughter (see the profile for Agent K) is named after my wife's mom. At these same coordinates, there is a new headstone for her which my wife's mom shares with her father. When he died, my wife was unable to go to the funeral or to see this new headstone. Therefore, please email a picture (or pictures) of the first stage site as part of crediting this as a find. Do not post pictures with the years on this page as they would serve as spoilers. Information on this headstone is vital to finding the final cache. A little common history knowledge is required as well.
