How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Everybody should have a finder certificate - even if you are not an early bird.
Alle bør få et finder certifikat - også selvom du ikke morgenmenneske.

This is your chance to have a certificate. Remember to take only one certificate per geocacher login and always the certificate with the lowest number.

The container is 7x5x2cm. The cache should - and may! - be retrieved with extremely discretion. Compulsory hint: Magnetic.

For a log to be valid, a photo of the recipient of the certificate must be included and the number of the certificate must be in the log. Invalid logs will be deleted.

Observe that this is a no-trade cache. Please do only sign the logbook and retrieve your certificate.

The cache is placed near the lakes of Copenhagen. Even if this is a drive-by cache do take a walk around one or more of the lakes. The lakes are artificial and used to be water reservoirs for the city. The path encircling the lakes are one of the most popular jogging tracks of the city. Further info (in Danish) here.

Feeding of the birds are easiest near the Planetarium, but do the feeding before noon - the poor birds are seldom able to eat more food later in the day.

Cachen er placeret ved søerne i København. Selvom dette er en drive-by cache opfordres du til at tage en gå- eller løbetur omkring en eller flere af søerne. Søerne er kunstige og blev oprindeligt brugt som vandreservoir for byen. Stien, der omslutter søerne, lægger grus til en af hovedstadens mest populære løbeture. Yderligere info her.

Fodring af fugle foregår bedst omkring Planetariet, men kom om formiddagen - de stakkels fugle kan sjældent proppe mere ned, når det bliver ud på eftermiddagen.
