Hütte & der Weg / the hut & the trip
Ganz in der Nähe ist die Hütte
'Orino'.
Die Hütte ist von April bis Ende Oktober offen. Sie ist nicht
bewartet aber trotzdem voll ausgerüstet. Ausser Lebensmitteln ist
alles vorhanden (Wasser, WC, Dusche, Boiler, Strom 12V,
Süssgetränke, Wein, Bier, Gewürze usw.). Es lohnt sich, dort zu
übernachten! Die Ruhe dort oben ist fast unheimlich... Die Alp kann
von Cugnasco (SBB: Riazzino-Cugnasco) zu Fuss erreicht werden. Es
geht 3-4 Stunden lang steil den Berg hoch. Insgesamt 1200
Höhenmeter. Drive-In-Cacher können legal bis zum Parkplatz fahren.
Von dort dauert die Wanderung ca. 2.5 Stunden (Hinweg). Dabei sind
500 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. Geniesst die Aussicht & die
Ruhe!

Nearby the cache is the
'Orino'
hut. The hut is open from April to the end of Octobre. The hut is
self-served but fully equipped (no food but: water, wc, shower,
hot-water, 12v power, drinks, wine, beer, spices etc). The silence
up on this alp is very impressive. The alp can be reached from
Cugnasco by hiking for about 3-4 hours. It goes 1200m steeply up
the mountain. Drive-In-Cacher can drive legally to a parking and
start from there. It takes about 2.5 hours (one way) and 500m
elevator difference. Enjoy the view and the silence!
