This is a rather straightforward multi cache in the seaside environment of Hanasaari and near the Congress Center.

The cache was established as an offspring of the Liimes' Change of Residence II geoevent.

The given coordinates point to the first leg of the multi. You shouldn't need to get your hands dirty when searching for the hint.

The second leg requires some crawling, so don't wear your best.
