Take Provinical Hwy. 239 to Edwardsville
and drive down to the end of Hospital Road and
Take the path down to Keating Cove
and follow the shoreline to the fortification and cache.
or
take the old road through the woods, watching for further remains
of the fortications at
N 46 10.706 W 060 13.950.
The
cache is a medium loc & loc container
.
It
contains log book and pen/pencil and a few small trade
items.
Note the geology along your shore walk (
approx. 3/4 mile ), It's pretty neat in places, but can be
slippery. I came in a low tide which made travel
easy.
The fortification appears stable, but please use caution
and common sense around it
