This cache provides excellent 360 degree views over the Waimea Plains and the eastern ranges.
The cache is a round 500ml screw top painted black/grey.
It contains notebook, pencil, sharpner and assorted trade items.
Full public access by walk/cycle is from various well marked and popular walking and MTB tracks at the foot of the Richmond hills east of and behind Richmond township.
Please note that access from the Aniseed valley side will require a forestry entry permit.
Also note that the cache is at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level and requires a reasonable level of fitness, something to eat/drink and a warm jacket
