Find your way to the memorial at the co-ordinates above, here
you will find two interesting plaques. One is not War related, but
is of some interest anyhow. The one on the side that is war related
depicts a weird sort of map.
See if you can work it out.
It turns out that this area was known as "The Delta" and was the
place that the Army and Airforce assembled before WWI and WWII.
The various areas on the map where sub camps and there were
literally thousands of troops camped here.
The Cemetery nearby is also of some interest, and was worth a
walk through.
