Geocache Description:

The approach to the area is steep, but trails are well defined. Just use good sense and you shouldn't have a problem.

This cache is located in an area called Stoney Point. Once you have successfully found the cache take a moment enjoy the area. You have of course the spectacular view of Lake Superior. Near the middle of the Stoney Point Rd is an old fishing cabin. On the Northern end of the road right by the curve is an area that attracts surfers (!) from all around the nation. They suit up in wet suits and go for it, they say when the surf is up it is a great ride.
The original cache was an ammo box which mysteriously grew legs and you can guess the rest. Has been replaced by a non legged plastic jar painted camo colors.
