This micro is near a place I have found interesting since I was a child. You do not have to go onto the private property to find the cache, but you may enjoy yourself if you do.
The difficulty in this find is getting to it unmuggled. The place should be obvious with the hint, but the grab will require some finesse. The cache is an altoids tin. I suggest you bring a pen or pencil.
I mentioned the cache to the property owner so that he won't worry about the increased traffic.=)

The cache is hidden on the owner's side of the sidewalk, with his permission. Please be very careful of the artwork.
** The cache has been moving quite a bit, not sure if its a muggle.
