First multi cache in Bulgaria. A tour through the nice Bash Bunar park in Lovech.
At the coordinates you'll find a "white woman" - find out her name. Take the position of second letter of her name in the Bulgarian alphabet as X.
You'll find the second station at 43° 07.YYY where YYY is X + 515

Here I want to know the year when the parkway was founded as A.
