The published coordinates are where the cache
is located.
The cache has now changed to be less puzzling - the safe has
been removed, and so you don't need to complete other caches to
visit this one now.
To complete this cache, you used to need to obtain a code from the
Docklands
Art Walk - Reed Vessel cache. You can still do that cache and
find the code, but you don't need the code now.
Please note the cache is not conveniently located close to
Docklands, but is close to another part of the Port of Melbourne
related to the cache name. Aside from that, enjoy.
