altoids tin with a log and room for teeny tiny trade items
A couple of really good friends of mine, Brian and Janine, live right down the street from this little neighborhood park. I work with Janine and she's been hearing my caching stories for months now, and of course has been sharing them with Brian.
They've just welcomed their first mini-muggle into the world, Juliana Kate, on July 8th. Prior to this wonderful experience, they've been taking nightly walks around this park to help Juliana stretch her legs, so to speak.
It turns out that Brian is apparently a natural born cacher. Janine's been sharing stories with us about how he wakes up in the morning and tells her he's been dreaming about caching. They were also both pretty sure there was a cache in this park.
So knowing that they'll be taking Juliana to the park quite often, I decided to check it out and see if there was a cache. If so, I'd let Janine know where it was so she could torment Brian with it. But alas, there was no cache.....until now that is.
This is a standard cache, a very quick find for most cachers. The only issue may be the muggle factor. The cache is located near the play and bbq area. So if there's people around, you're probably going to have to come back another time.
Note: 8/12/5 - Ay Carumba! I really had no clue that No Hints was in this park. Yes, I did find it about 4 months ago, but I was VERY new to caching back then and came to the park from the side opposite from where my friends live. For the life of me, I have NO recollection of a play area...I could swear it was a different park. I even double checked the map when I submitted this one, and there were no caches nearby. I obviously missed No Hints getting archived by a couple of days...and that was a loss of a great cache. So subtle in it's placement, yet so obvious. Apologies to Marshmallow Roester for swooping in so quick, if I had only known, I'd've left a longer mourning period!
