This cache is hidden in Whiteshell Provincial Park. Cache is a
small tuperware container.
You can get to the cache two ways... from the Whiteshell river
trail or you can take the anglers access by the bridge for a
shorter hike. Both ways are nice hikes with great views.
This cache has a fish theme. If you take something please leave
something fish related. The original contents are:
-logbook/pencil
-FTF certificate
-wood fish
-leader
-pickerel rig
-grow a fish toy
-8lb fishing line
-spoons (fishing lures)
-weights
-pink panther travel bug
Be careful when opening the cache... the lures have hooks on
them.

We visited the fish Hatchery first, and then backtracked
to the fisherman's access trail. Trail was muddy in areas
after rain yesterday. Good hike in and back again. Kids
really enjoyed the area, but we seached and searched....
The biggest kid is very persistent.... and still no cache.

Lucky for us something was fishy near the cache. Good but treacherous hike due to last nights deluge. At the site were several fly fisherman doing research for the Province with electronic fishing nets...very interesting! And they noticed Joker 1's shirt which advertised geocaching (one had heard of it) so they asked if they found it should they tell us. We agreed and shortly thereafter they gave us a good nudge in the right direction. Thanks for the help if you muggles log it as found!

Tried from both sides of river. Didn't know about new (relative) path to Whiteshell Trail. Found area of cache but it wasn't there.
