This cache is located on some stairs. I dont know why these were ever put here, but they are. This cache is on the stairs and not on the ground.
Looking around to place a cache in a series, I found these stairs which looked like a 'nice' place for a cache. You can park close to the stairs. I have *not* been to this area at night and from the looks of it, I would not advise it.
There is a lot of junk on the ground so I avoided the ground as not to have people step on everything.
