this is a nice hike, climb. Towards the end there is alot of
bushwacking. Use what-ever means you can to find this one. Bring a
camera too! Located in the Nauagtuck State Forest
The coordinates to park are N 41°28.102, W 073°03.007
Take exit 25 off of route 8. Its the Cross street exit. At bottom
of ramp heading North take a right. if you are heading South at
bottom of ramp take a left. Take your first right. If you go to the
stop sign turn around you went too far. Drive down about 100 feet
and vear towards the right. Park next to the gate that is in front
of you, try not to block it. This is the entrance to the Blue blaze
trail. Hike up the fire trail for a bit. Try to take the easy path
you will know when to leave the main trail. So many trails to
choose from too! After you find the cache walk around a bit and
explore!
