Wer war nicht schon mal am Schneeberg, mit über 2000 m der höchste Berg Niederösterreichs, mit einem wunderbarem Ausblick in das Wiener Becken und südlich in die Voralpen?

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, denn Cache zu erreichen.
There are two possibilities to reach the cache.
1.) 2,5 h Wanderung von 'Puchberg am Schneeberg' aus entlang der 'Schneebergbahn-Wanderroute' oder / 2.5 h hiking tour along starting at 'Puchberg am Schneeberg' following the trail of the rack-wheel train or
2.) gemütliche Fahrt mit der Schneebergbahn, tolle Aussicht inkludiert. Der Cache ist etwa 500 m von der Bergstation 'Hochschneeberg' entfernt. Kostenpunkt: Berg- und Talfahrt € 28,-. www.schneebergbahn.at / enjoyable trip with the rack-wheel train, faboulous views included. The cache is located at a distance approx. 500 m (1600 ft.) from the summit station 'Hochschneeberg'.

Der Cache ist in einer etwas felsigeren Gegend versteckt, klettern ist aber nicht notwendig!
The cache is hidden at a rockily site, although climbing is not necessary.
Nach erreichen des Caches empfehle ich eine kleine 'Gipfelstürmung' (N 47°46.017 E 15°48.267 Höhe: 2076 m) von der Bergstation ausgehend (2 h Gehzeit bei mittelmässiger Kondition) oder eine gemütliche Wanderung ins Tal (2,5 h).
After finding the cache I recommend going to the summit (N 47°46.017 E 15°48.267 Alt.: 2076 m or 6811 ft.)outing from the summit station of the rack-wheel train (2 h with mediocre kilter) or a relaxed hike back into the vale (2.5 h).
