wide gravel path, short wood bridges over low spots

This cache is hidden at one end of a trail built from Ft Clatsop to the Sea. The trail is scheduled to be finished Nov. 2005. When finished the new parking area at Sunset beach approach would be a good place to start this 6 mile hike. Follow in the footsteps of those who came before! Dec. 2007 storm damage has been cleared and it will be interesting to see how the area develops.
