Nimm dir Zeit für diesen Cache! Zumindest 2 Stunden sollte man für die Runde einplanen. Er ist leicht mit der Familie zu machen. HU: rund 120m. Den Ausgangspunkt erreicht man bequem mit dem Auto von der Passhöhe Iselsberg kommend, über den Penzelberg. Die Fahrverbotstafeln einfach ignorieren. Der Schranken ist in den Sommermonaten immer geöffnet. Bei den Ausgangskoordinaten = Stage1 (N1 = 46°52,578; E1 = 012°50,836) befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz mit Info-Tafel.
Stage 1:
Beim „kleinen Häuschen“ erfährst du die nächsten Hinweise N2 = N1 + xxx, E2 = E1 + xxx.
Stage 2:
Suche hinter dem Bild! Dort erfährst Du N3 und E3.
Stage 3:
Bei stage 3 findest du eine Hinweistafel mit Angabe der Meereshöhe. Bilde die Quersumme, das Ergebnis ist b.
N4 = 46°53.(b*24+6)
E 4 = 12°51.(b*8+7)
Die Gegend ist relativ lawinensicher. Vorsicht ist jedoch bei großen Neuschneemengen geboten. Die Lawinenschaufel im Rucksack kann beim Suchen des Cache recht hilfreich sein. Im Winter lohnt es sich die Tour über N8: 46° 53,360; E8: 12° 51,200 fortzusetzen und weiter zum Gipfel. Die Hütte (N7: 46° 52,658; E7: 12° 50,629) ist auch im Winter an den Wochenenden geöffnet.
Für den Rückweg im Sommer empfehle ich den markierten Steig über N5: 46° 53,155; E5: 012° 50,966; N6: 46° 52,932; E6: 012° 50,540; N7: 46° 52,658; E7: 012° 50,629.
Hier kannst du dich stärken und noch einmal die Aussicht genießen bevor du zurück zum Auto kommst.

Take your time for this cache – at least 2 hours for the roundtrip on foot! You can do it easily with your family. Altitude difference: about 120 metres. You can reach the starting point by car from Iselsberg via Penzelberg. Ignore the “ban on driving” sign – the gate is always open during the summer. You will find the starting coordinates = stage 1 (N1 = 46°52,578; E1 = 012°50,836) at a rather big parking lot with an information board.

At the “tiny house” you will get to know further hints. N2 = N1 + xxx, E2 = E1 + xxx

Have a look behind the picture to find N3 and E3.
Sage 3:
At stage 3 you will find a sign with sealevel. Form the total of the digits, the result is b.
N4 = 46°53.(b*24+6)
E 4 = 12°51.(b*8+7)
In this area you needn’t be afraid of avalanches - but take care in the case of much new-fallen snow! A shovel in your back bag may be useful to find the cache. In winter it is worth continuing the tour via N8: 46°53,360; E8: 012°51,200 and finally go to the top. The mountain lodge (N7: 46°52,658; E7: 012°50,629) is also opened on weekends during the winter time.
For the way back I recommend the marked path via N5: 46°53,155; E5: 012°50,966; N6: 46°52,932; E6: 012°50,540; N7: 46°52,658; E7: 012°50,629.
where you can have a rest as well as a snack and enjoy the splendid view before returning to your car.
