Geocache Description:

This cache is about 2 miles from the lobster-fishing village of Carne on a beautiful stretch of the Galway coast

Leave Carna and head towards Moyrus on the coast road, you can park at co-ordinates N 53° 20.665’ W 009° 52.839’ these are at the end of a small track by the beach. Has you turn in to the small track you will see on your left a ruin this was the old Presbyterian Church and School and on your right a nice sandy bay.

Now take a nice short walk across the bay and along the sea’s edge to the cache you may have to climb over one or two walls depending whether the sea is in or out.
