Located at parking area. Easy to get to.
When looking for this cache use caution due to the traffic coming off the freeway. There is plenty of ground area off the street and you can reach the cache from that area. DO NOT GO OUT ON THE STREET!!

where you will find a area off the road for two vehicles to park.
I had to check on my other cache in this area ((GCP03E)) that is up on the hill. With gas prices going sky high I thought I would accomplish two things with this little cache. One, a new cache for my nearby geocaching friends and a little easy cache enroute to my GCP03E cache.
