Geocache Description:

"The Fang" is a small sliver of Lake Massabesic that bites down into Rattlesnake Hill. It lies about halfway between Bodwell Road in Manchester and Route 28 Bypass in Auburn.
There may be other ways to access this area, but the only one I'm familiar with is via Route 28 Bypass.
Roadside parking is available at N 42 57.750 - W 071 21.610.

Easy hike down a woods road with a moderate bushwhack of a few hundred feet at the end.

Please heed the No Trespassing signs along the way. There is no need to cross private property to reach the cache.
The ledges and cliffs of Rattlesnake Hill looked like a good place to hide the cache, but the area is posted as private property.

You can also access the cache by water. There is a place to land about a quarter mile away, roughly at N 42 57.440 - W 071 21.480.

Continue down the woods road passed the Cache to get some good views of this part of Massabesic.
