This cache is plastic container in a bag hidden along a park trail in Waldport. It should be an easy find for any seasoned geocacher.
This fairly easy cache in a wooded park should be a nice change of pace from all of the beachside caches along this section of the Oregon coast. The best place to park is at N44 25.050, W124 03.876. From there you can search for the quick trail to the cache or take the trail behind the skate park for a longer loop walk through the park.
I was going to plant this cache near my home in Renton WA, but the spot I had chosen became a construction site so I had to put it aside until I could find another good location. So when I learned that an old friend of mine from Portland would be working as a civil engineer on a six month project in Waldport I decided to come down to visit him and find a place to plant this cache.
