DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS CACHE IF TEMPERATURES ARE SUBZERO!!!!An engaging challenge in the CCFP combining geocaching with a bit of ‘old-fashioned fun’. Everything you need is at the cache - no need to unscrew/force anything - just take your time and have fun.
I recently took my old friend “Archie” to do some caching. He enjoyed the nearby Reel It In, Sleep Well Deer, Recharge Your Batteries and Eden’s Enigma (shameless promotion…) and then asked if he could design a cache together with me. Archie loves games and, more recently, the challenges on reality based TV shows, like Amazing Race and Survivor.
The coordinates above will bring you to your “Challenge”. There you will find everything you need to ‘coax’ the 2 inch diameter by 4 inch container from its hidey-hole. THERE IS NO NEED FOR TOOLS, STICKS, SCREWDRIVERS OR RECIPROCATING SAWS!! This was designed to be attempted solo – even if you come with friends (who could make this easier) you may enjoy timing yourselves against one another to see who can finish first!
PLEASE replace everything carefully and read the instructions with the log sheet so the next cacher can enjoy the challenge, too. Please don’t add anything to the container or it might affect its performance. Archimedes and I hope you enjoy this one!
