This is part of a series of caches that I've placed along Hidden
Creek. All the caches are near or fairly near a trail. I haven't
found this little creek on any maps, but the park near this cache
is named "Hidden Creek Park". Using the deductive skills I learned
while reading all those Sherlock Holmes short stories, I figured
out the creek name all by myself. The paths along the creek vary
from nicely paved to dirt or mud. There's also a lot of diversity
in the landscape along the creek. Lots of building has gone on near
the creek lately, and it's not likely to end soon. I would guess
that the paths will be developed into a nice bike trail soon. For
now, it looks like parts of it are used by ATVs.
The posted coordinates are for stage 1, which only has the
coordinates for stage 2.
When searching for stage 2, you'll be looking for a 2 quart
clear Lock and Loch container.. It contains a few small trading
items to start out, and there's room for more small stuff. Both
stages are very close to a paved trail, and they shouldn't be
hard to spot. I did the best I could with coordinates, but if you
think they're off a little, please post your findings.
You can park around N41 43.336 W88 16.800 and do all the
caches along the creek in 1 nice long walk.
