One of the street lamps on the other side of the street doesn't seem to be facing the right way.
Convert the digits in the number on the pole into variables to work out the next way point. AABCD.
There are additional variables;
E = B - A.
F = A + C.
Go to S 42.25.DEA, E 171.12.AFB. You should be standing on a beach.
Line up the power pole with two lights on it with the light behind it in the distance.
Walk towards it until the other nearby pole is lined up over a light.
The cache is hidden nearby.
