From L'Anse, go north on Skanee Rd, 20 miles, at the junction of Portice Road & Big Erick's Road, go right on Big Erick's Road. Pass the campground & Big Erick's Bridge. Get to this road junction & turn east across the Little Huron River bridge: N46 52.801 W88 00.727
Park car & hike up the small drainage from here: N46 52.927 W88 00.075 Terrain is rather steep at times, but what a view from the top!
We gave this location it's name after a hike in the spring...not to worry about ticks at other times of the year. Cache is a clear plastic container with a yellow lid. It has a logbook, shotgun shell, squirt gun, a watch, small plastic bull, airmail stickers, stuffed purple rhino, bug repellent packette, and a commemorative CD.
