Sand, Salt and Spinifex
An out of the way spot in the middle of a "Desert"
An AWD or 4wd will get you there quickly.
For those without, there is a 14km walking track (each way).
Sept/Oct is the prime wildflower season.
The orchids are hard to find but amazing.
Summers are scorching and there is no water once you leave the nearby campsite.
