100th monkey Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Prime Reviewer: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

In Southeast Metropolitan Park. I noticed while there that this park now closes at 7:30 p.m. This is not a hike to do in sandals and shorts. It is not to difficult but be prepared to sweat a little. Log only micro. Prize for FTF. Placed with permission of Travis Co. Parks Dept.

This cache is named for a sociological theory I first encountered way back in the day. Basically it stated that if you can get 100 monkeys doing the same thing that all monkeys will do it whether they have seen or experienced the behavior.
Shortly after my lovely wife and I discovered Geocaching last spring she had this idea for disguising a container. About a month later while cacheing in our neighborhood we discovered a cache with a similar disguise.
I have adapted it slightly. It takes a little effort to close the cache but please be as gentle as possible. Please keep me informed of it's condition.
Hints are progressive. Please use only if necessary and remember monkeys don't spell very well.
