Located at Old Pioneer Burying Ground. Cache contains just a log book so bring your own writing implement.
The cache is NOT IN THE ROCK WALL, nor is it covered by any rocks. Please respect the property and DO NOT MOVE ANY ROCKS when seeking the cache.
There is parking for one car (maybe two). This is a high-traffic location (especially around rush hour). Please stay on muggle alert while seeking and logging the cache.
Prior to 1970 this old burying ground was covered with bushes and branches, and had been neglected and forgotten for years. The owners of the land began clearing the area and found six natural gravestones. After a couple of years of extensive research they discovered the original deerskin deed, and the land's original owner, Aaron Parker. They also discovered that Indians were buried on this lot in unmarked graves. In 1979 the burying ground was donated to the Town of Westford.
The cache can hold a few small trading items. Please try to "trade even, or trade up". Thanks!
UPDATE (10/15/05): The cache coordinates aren't as accurate as we'd like them to be so we uploaded a photo to help narrow the search. We encourage the use of the hint and the photo in order to keep searching to a minimum.
