Bunjil: CO has failed to respond to enquiry or indicate that the issue/concern/adjustment has been addressed.
As there has not been a response from the cache owner, the cache has effectively been abandoned, so I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to also prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
